We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Central London. This role is focused on building and enhancing our Expenses and Procurement product suite.

The Role
You will be instrumental in building new products to significantly expand Tipalti's offering into brand new areas. As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with Product and Design to define, code, test, build, and maintain our tools. You will also contribute to the backend APIs and services to deliver completely new functionalities that help our customers.
Our current tech stack is primarily React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. However, our interview process is technology agnostic and focused on assessing previous experience and problem-solving skills. We hire for great engineers as the best are able to quickly learn and master new technologies so prior experience with our specific stack is not required.
At Tipalti, we foster a great culture which is supported by our hybrid work model: three days a week in our Central London office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

What will you do
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for our Expenses product.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define technical and product solutions.
- Develop and enhance backend APIs and microservices to support new functionalities.
- Write clean, testable, and scalable code across the full stack.
- Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming to promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
