This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding tech hub in London. You will work closely with our Technology team in Tel Aviv and will be part of a highly skilled and enthusiastic team, developing our new employee-facing products.
What You’ll Do
- Own ERP integration products end-to-end: from strategy and roadmap to execution and iteration.
- Define product requirements and manage the backlog for integrations-related initiatives.
- Partner with engineering to design scalable integration architectures across multiple ERP systems.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand ERP workflows and translate them into robust, user-focused product features.
- Work closely with business and solution consultants to evaluate edge cases, integration complexities, and data model alignment.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the Sync domain, prioritising initiatives that deliver maximum value.
- Collaborate with the BI, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.
About You
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS or financial technology companies - a Must
- Hands‑on ERP experience — either building integrations or working directly with systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, SAP B1, or Xero — ideally with a background in solution consulting, ERP implementation, or accounting system integration (strong advantage).
- Proven ability to own the product end-to-end — from customer discovery through delivery — without close supervision.
- Skilled in prioritisation, stakeholder management, and independent decision‑making; you know when to pull leadership in and when to drive autonomously.
- Experience collaborating with global teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Relevant academic degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
