Personal Assistant / Clinic Support to Renowned Aesthetic Physician (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: Birmingham B15 1QP (Onsite Only)

Salary: £29,000–£32,000 per annum

An exceptional opportunity to work alongside a multi-award-winning aesthetic doctor and support the daily running of one of Birmingham’s premier non-surgical cosmetic clinics, located in the prestigious Edgbaston Medical Quarter. We’re seeking a highly organised, self-sufficient Personal Assistant to work onsite full-time, who will also act as a Clinic Manager and Reception Lead. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, premium clinical environment and isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the right-hand to a leading cosmetic physician in the capacity of Personal Assistant – managing appointments, media appearances, scheduling, clinic admin, and day-to-day logistics.
  • Run clinic operations smoothly: reception cover, client communications, diary management, and stock coordination.
  • Provide first-class front-of-house service with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support clinic projects, tech systems, events, and external bookings.
  • Liaise with high-end clients, suppliers, and industry reps with confidence and care.
  • Occasionally travel locally to assist with offsite appointments or commitments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Unshakeable under pressure – calm and professional at all times.
  • Takes initiative.
  • Experience in a PA/ EA role.
  • Tech-savvy and organised – familiar with admin systems and online tools.
  • Polished and people-focused – experience in high-end client service or aesthetics is a bonus.
  • Comfortable balancing admin, personal PA tasks, reception, and managerial tasks.
  • Must drive and be based within easy reach of the clinic.
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential – attitude, aptitude, and reliability are everything.

Full-Time, Onsite Role:

  • Monday to Friday (with some flexibility).
  • Be local to the clinic in Birmingham.
