We’re TIP Group – a proud Great Place to Work – and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. If you understand the demands of tanker operations and take pride in delivering reliable support, this role offers the chance to work directly with customers, solve problems quickly, and keep their business moving safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing tanker reservations and ensuring accurate account and rate selection
- Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input
- Coordinating service events, mechanics, and mobile service units to keep customers moving
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally in logistics or fleet services
- A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
