What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers.
- Lead by example on the tools, supporting the team with diagnostics, repairs, job quality and productivity across the workshop.
- Oversee day‑to‑day workflow in the bay, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to TIP standards with minimal downtime.
- Support and mentor technicians/apprentices, helping with technical guidance, problem‑solving, and maintaining high workshop standards.
- Working closely with a team that’s hands‑on, supportive, and values your input.
- Keeping our fleet road‑ready and safe for the long haul.
