At TIP, you’ll take full ownership of branch performance – leading people, driving FleetCare growth, and maximising productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own full branch performance, including P&L, productivity, and revenue growth across FleetCare and PAYGO
- Lead, coach, and develop Workshop Foreman and teams to drive efficiency, quality, and output
- Maximise workshop and MSU productivity through strong operational control and planning
- Drive customer satisfaction and commercial performance, supporting sales and key account growth
- Manage vendor performance, costs, and recharge activity to protect and improve profitability
- Ensure full compliance with EHS, servicing standards, and operational procedures across the branch
- Analyse branch performance data (costs, utilisation, customer activity) to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement
- Lead on compliance, audits, and issue resolution, ensuring all inspections, defects, and actions are closed efficiently and on time
