Job Description:

Full time position available with a competitive salary. Minimum expected earnings are £20k+ pm depending on experience and performance. The commissions structure is above industry standard at 10-15 points.

We are an independent brokerage based in London. Although only a medium sales floor, tremendous success has been achieved resulting in an expansion of our team. We are looking for brokers that can start immediately.

The role:

  • The broker will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK and Abroad to enhance sales.
  • Maintaining regular and documented contact with existing customer base, building relationships and developing new accounts.
  • Make a sizeable amount of calls a day, spending hours on the telephone talking to prospective customers.
  • Ensuring each client receives fantastic customer service.

Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent telephone manner (English must be your first language)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the financial markets
  • Proven Tele-sales or Sales Experience
  • Experience dealing with a high volume of calls
  • Ability to work well under pressure and efficiently on your own as well as part of a productive team
  • High confidence
