What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on trailers
  • Leading by example on the tools, supporting the team with diagnostics, repairs, job quality and productivity across the workshop
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day workflow in the bay, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to TIP standards with minimal downtime
  • Supporting and mentoring technicians/apprentices, helping with technical guidance, problem‑solving, and maintaining high workshop standards
  • Working closely with a team that’s hands‑on, supportive, and values your input
  • Keeping our fleet road‑ready and safe for the long haul
