About Our TIP Mechanic Academy (TMA) We started the Academy in 2021 to give people the chance to build a real career in a hands‑on, practical trade. You’ll join us full‑time and spend 9 months learning everything you need to become a certified trailer mechanic – from classroom sessions and online training to hands‑on experience in the workshop alongside an experienced mentor. By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to work confidently and continue growing your skills with us.
