What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full accountability for the operational performance, profitability and P&L of the Refurbishment & Accident Damage Centre
- Leading strategies that drive sustainable growth, improve asset utilisation, control costs and maximise returns
- Driving continuous improvement across productivity, efficiency, quality, customer service and financial performance
- Building and leading high-performing teams, developing talent and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Working closely with commercial, operational and support teams to maximise performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
What You’ll Bring
- Proven senior leadership experience within a technical, workshop or asset-intensive operational environment
- A strong track record of delivering commercial and operational performance improvements
- Experience managing large customer contracts and multi-site operations, with the ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost control
- Strong strategic, commercial and change leadership skills, with excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability
- IOSH Managing Safety Certification, alongside an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics, MSOE, MIRTE or Eng Tech Membership Credentials
