What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carry out inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers.
  • Lead by example on tools, supporting the team with diagnostics, repairs, job quality and productivity across the workshop.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day workflow in the bay, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to TIP standards with minimal downtime.
  • Support and mentor technicians/apprentices, helping with technical guidance, problem‑solving, and maintaining high workshop standards.
  • Working closely with a team that’s hands‑on, supportive, and values your input.
  • Keeping our fleet road‑ready and safe for the long haul.

What You’ll Bring

  • Mechanical experience (trailers, HGVs, or similar).
