What You’ll Be Doing

  • Visiting customers and suppliers to understand their requirements and identify new opportunities
  • Using your technical knowledge and industry experience to build credibility, develop relationships and win business
  • Supporting the growth of our fuel tanker, sweeper and specialist fleet activities across the UK
  • Translating customer requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions that can be delivered operationally
  • Working closely with workshop, operations and commercial teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Supporting quotations, specifications and solution development for both new and existing customers
  • Providing valuable market insight and customer feedback to help shape business decisions
  • Working closely with a supportive, hands‑on team that values your input

What You’ll Bring

  • A background in engineering, specialist vehicles, commercial fleet, tankers, sweepers or a related technical industry
  • Experience in a technical sales, business development, account management or customer‑facing engineering role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence customers and suppliers
  • The ability to understand technical requirements and turn them into practical business solutions
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving growth
  • A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work
  • A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
