What You’ll Be Doing
- Diligently review maintenance repair cost estimates, raise and authorize purchase orders to external vendors, and support with maintenance issues involving both customers and vendors.
- Working closely with a supportive, hands‑on team that values your input.
- Liaise with OEM technical services departments to support in‑depth fault diagnosis, arrange and manage 3rd party work in TIP premises and externally, assist with parts sourcing and procurement, and analyse warranty situations and fleet maintenance data trends.
What You’ll Bring
- Time‑served experience in an HGV, truck, or tanker (ideally Tankers), with strong technical or engineering aptitude, excellent customer care and communication skills, and good computer literacy.
- A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work.
