What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking full accountability for the operational performance, profitability and P&L of the Refurbishment & Accident Damage Centre
  • Leading strategies that drive sustainable growth, improve asset utilisation, control costs and maximise returns
  • Driving continuous improvement across productivity, efficiency, quality, customer service and financial performance
  • Building and leading high-performing teams, developing talent and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Working closely with commercial, operational and support teams to maximise performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven senior leadership experience within a technical, workshop or asset-intensive operational environment
  • A strong track record of delivering commercial and operational performance improvements
  • Experience managing large customer contracts and multi-site operations, with the ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
  • A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost control
  • Strong strategic, commercial and change leadership skills, with excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability
  • IOSH Managing Safety Certification, alongside an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics, MSOE, MIRTE or Eng Tech Membership Credentials
