Our client’s White-Collar construction team is flying and with their reputation as one of the best-known brands in their space, they’re not slowing down anytime soon. To keep up with demand, they’re looking to bring in another ambitious recruiter to join their high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new business through calls, meetings, and proactive LinkedIn outreach
- Negotiating terms and securing the best possible fees for your placements
- Building and expanding client accounts, becoming their go-to recruitment partner
- Writing engaging job adverts and using social channels to attract top talent
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Conducting interviews and managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding processes
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates at every level
The ideal candidate:
- 1+ years’ 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment
- Previously worked a perm desk (or dual desk) and confident handling the full cycle
- Open minded, coachable, and eager to adapt, learn, and push yourself forward
- Confident using LinkedIn for headhunting and candidate engagement
- Commercially aware, able to plan your desk, and build credibility when speaking with candidates and clients
- A cultural fit: driven, ideas led, motivated, and ready to work in partnership with the team to bounce ideas, shape strategy, and grow the business together
- Ambitious, progression focused, and hungry to earn promotions
