What is Recruitment? Recruitment is a consultative, sales driven career where you connect businesses with the talent they need to grow. You’ll speak with candidates about their careers, work closely with hiring managers, manage interview processes, and earn commission for every successful placement. The Role: You’ll be trained to source and engage candidates, build client relationships, manage roles end to end, and develop strong commercial and sales skills, all within a high performance, office based environment.
