You’ll be trained from day one as a Recruitment Consultant, working across high growth markets including AI, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and FinTech. No prior recruitment experience is required, just motivation and a desire to learn.
What is Recruitment? Recruitment is a consultative, sales driven career where you connect businesses with the talent they need to grow. You’ll speak with candidates about their careers, work closely with hiring managers, manage interview processes, and earn commission for every successful placement. Performance is rewarded with rapid progression and high earning potential.
The Role: You’ll be trained to source and engage candidates, build client relationships, manage roles end to end, and develop strong commercial and sales skills, all within a high performance, office based environment.
