About the Opportunity
Tio Talent are proud to be partnered with a fast-growing startup within the lead generation space and are supporting them with multiple Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) opportunities. These are highly outbound roles focused on cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification and appointment setting. You'll be speaking with decision-makers, handling objections and creating new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound sales calls
- Prospect and engage decision-makers
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
- Book qualified sales appointments
- Handle objections and develop effective sales conversations
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email
- Manage prospect activity through the CRM
- Consistently hit and exceed call, lead and appointment targets
