Tiny Wilds is seeking an energetic leader to run the day-to-day operation of the setting, safeguarding its ethos and ensuring safety and high-quality care.

You will lead a small team of four, including one trainee, mentor staff, oversee curriculum planning across Tiny Wilds, Mighty Wilds and Magic Mighties, and manage records to EYFS/Ofsted standards.

The role requires Level 6 in Early Years or childcare, ideally QTS, excellent English communication, and a proactive, resilient approach.
