Through The Curiosity Approach, this nursery provides a warm and engaging environment where children learn through awe, wonder, and hands-on experiences with authentic resources, recycled materials, and loose parts.
Responsibilities
- Encourage children’s learning and development through interactive play.
- Maintain a secure and stimulating environment and monitor children’s progress.
- Build positive relationships with parents and your team while ensuring high childcare standards in line with EYFS guidelines.
Qualifications
- Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification.
- Experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Compassionate, lively, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
