What You'll Be Doing
- Join a nurturing, child‑focused nursery that puts children’s wellbeing and development at the heart of everything they do.
- Provide high‑quality care to children from birth to three years.
- Act as a Key Person, developing strong relationships with children and their families.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework.
- Ensure safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing are prioritised at all times.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
- Work collaboratively with your team and support your colleagues.
- Participate in training, staff meetings, and out‑of‑hours events or activities when needed.
- Support children with additional needs and liaise with the setting’s SENCO where appropriate.
- Carry out day‑to‑day duties including preparing snacks, cleaning toys, and supporting nursery routines.
