About the Role
As a Senior Practitioner, you will:
- Lead a nursery room, supporting and guiding staff
- Create engaging learning experiences following EYFS guidelines
- Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals
- Oversee key areas such as SENCO, Health & Safety, or Parent Partnerships
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery, including staff supervision and safeguarding
What You’ll Need
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience in an early years setting with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A genuine passion for child development and outdoor learning
- Leadership experience or the confidence to step into a managerial role
- A valid DBS, Paediatric First Aid certificate, and Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willingness to obtain them)
