They are open to considering candidates at Level 2, Level 3, or Senior Nursery Nurse level. More than anything, they\’re focused on finding someone who will bring warmth, energy, and a strong commitment to early years care and education.
What You\’ll Be Doing You\’ll become part of a nurturing, child-centred environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and joy in learning. Depending on your level, your role will include:
Providing high-quality care and supporting all areas of child development.
Acting as a Key Person, building strong bonds with children and families.
Supporting or leading the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Ensuring children\’s wellbeing, safeguarding, and safety at all times.
Contributing to a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
Supporting your colleagues or mentoring junior staff (for more experienced candidates).
Participating in training and professional development to continually enhance your skills.
Who They\’re Looking For The team is open-minded—if you\’re the right fit, they want to hear from you.
You might be:
A newly qualified Level 2 looking for your first step.
An experienced Level 3 ready to grow and develop further.
A confident Senior Nursery Nurse seeking a new environment where you can mentor others.
Essential qualities:
A recognised Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
Team spirit, flexibility, and a nurturing, can-do attitude.
Desirable (but not essential):
First Aid or Food Hygiene certification.
Experience with SEND, safeguarding training, or Ofsted inspections.
