At Tiny Tots Recruitment, we are currently looking for fun-loving, hard-working, and dedicated Early Years Educators to join a welcoming nursery in South London that offers a warm, family-feel environment and is committed to providing the very best care and education for every child. There are opportunities available across all age groups.

About You

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • Have a DBS enhanced clearance (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Possess a good level of written and spoken English
  • Ideally have at least 1 year of nursery experience (but new practitioners with the right attitude are welcome)
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a First Aid certificate
  • Able to reliably commute to South London or planning to relocate

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Be a key worker for up to 6 children, supporting their learning and development
  • Carry out observations and maintain accurate, confidential records
  • Help with daily routines, including toileting, nappy changes, and tidying
  • Always ensure the highest standards of safety, care, and wellbeing for the children
