We are excited to be recruiting for a Nursery Manager to lead a brand-new early years setting in Bosham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, experienced leader to shape a nursery from the ground up. They are also looking for a Qualified Early Years Practitioner!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the launch and daily management of the nursery
  • Set high standards for care, education, and safeguarding
  • Build and inspire a strong, supportive team
  • Manage staffing, rotas, compliance, and quality standards
  • Develop strong parent relationships and local community links
  • Handle nursery admin, recruitment, and staff development

About You:

  • Level 3 or above in Early Years (or equivalent)
  • Proven nursery management or senior leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • Confident, organised, and passionate about early years
