This Deputy Manager role is supernumerary, meaning you'll work across the nursery to support the staff and management team, have dedicated office/admin time, and be confident stepping up to run the nursery in the Manager's absence. We're looking for a passionate leader with strong EYFS knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a real drive to inspire and motivate a team.

Deputy Manager Role Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification or higher
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience
- Confident in safeguarding, child protection, and SEND practices
- Solid EYFS knowledge
- Experience contributing to successful Ofsted outcomes ("Good" or "Outstanding")
- Ability to build excellent partnerships with parents and external professionals
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
