Tiny Tots Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and inclusive nursery setting in Nuneaton, who are looking to welcome a passionate and qualified level 3 practitioner to their team. Based in a school, they are open all year round. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing environment where children's development is at the heart of everything they do.
As a practitioner, you will be dedicated, enthusiastic, and ready to play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences and providing exceptional care to children, in line with the EYFS framework.
What You'll Be Doing- Creating a warm, stimulating environment where every child can flourish
- Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual development needs
- Acting as a Key Person and maintaining accurate and up-to-date online learning journals
- Building strong, professional relationships with children, families, and the team
- Supporting and guiding Level 2 practitioners, students, and volunteers
- Upholding high standards of safeguarding and child protection
- Promoting equality, diversity, and Fundamental British Values throughout the setting
- Working with external agencies when needed to support children's development
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Paediatric first aid certificate
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Confident understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols
- A caring, professional approach with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
