They are open to candidates at Level 3, or Senior Nursery Nurse level. What You'll Be Doing
- Join a nurturing, child-focused nursery that puts children's wellbeing and development at the heart of everything they do.
- Provide high-quality care to children from birth to three years.
- Act as a Key Person, developing strong relationships with children and their families.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS framework.
- Ensure safeguarding, safety, and wellbeing are prioritised at all times.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
- Work collaboratively with your team and support your colleagues.
- Participate in training, staff meetings, and out-of-hours events or activities when needed.
- Support children with additional needs and liaise with the setting's SENCO where appropriate.
- Carry out day-to-day duties including preparing snacks, cleaning toys, and supporting nursery routines.

- A confident Senior Practitioner ready to mentor others and support the wider team.
Essential:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- A nurturing, child-centred approach.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
Desirable (but not essential):
- First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates.
- Experience supporting children with SEND or working with external professionals.
- Familiarity with safeguarding procedures or involvement in Ofsted inspections.
