We are looking to recruit a QUALIFIED Full Time Level 3 Practitioner to join our nursery team. The appointed individual must share our love and passion for childcare and providing the right environment for children to grow and flourish. The right candidates will receive full support and training and will also have access to a large variety of online training accessible through Noodles Now. We also offer our employees a voucher benefit scheme when joining Tiny Toez.
To start: January 2026. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6.00pm.
Purpose of Post
To provide a high standard of physical and emotional, social and intellectual care for children placed in the nursery. To give support to other personnel within the nursery. To implement the daily routine in the base room.
Key Areas
- To implement the EYFS.
- Liaise with parents.
Responsible To: Childcare Manager (Deputy Manager in absence of Childcare Manager).

Core training is provided through extensive CPD opportunities. It would be desirable to have prior knowledge in Safeguarding Level 1 and 2, Paediatric First Aid, Level 2 Food Safety.
All applicants are required to undertake an Enhanced Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service; the cost of this application will be funded by Tiny Toez. All applicants are required to subscribe to the DBS Update Service and maintain the annual fee of £16.00. It is an offence under section 76, Childcare Act 2006 to knowingly employ a Disqualified person within a childcare setting. Declarations are in place within the setting to ensure Safeguarding is paramount.
