Tiny Studios | Powered by Spin

Tiny Studios is a video production company specialising in cinematic social content for brands and businesses. We focus on pushing creative boundaries with our tailored team, treasuring craft over churn. We go beyond the screen, working with good people and brands to build long-lasting and sustainable relationships.

We’re proud to now be part of Spin Group, a collective of creative agencies in the social-first space. Whilst remaining Tiny, being part of Spin offers lots of opportunities and growth for our team - from collaborating with Spin’s wider creative network, to developing original content through Spin Originals, where culture-led ideas come to life outside of client briefs.

Day to day we’re working on a variety of projects at different stages in the production process, meaning every day at Tiny is unique. We take pride in all our projects, whether that be fashion, lifestyle, education or anything in between!

We’re big people people. We strive to create a down-to-earth and collaborative environment for our team where our values are at the core of everything we do. We believe strongly in transparency and fair pay for all our Tiny employees, no matter their level of experience.

The Role

Less about us, more about you.

You’re an organised, curious and eager-eyed Junior Producer who is ready to support projects from the first brief to final delivery and take ownership of smaller productions as you grow. You enjoy bringing projects to life, whether that means building a schedule, keeping a schedule on track, coordinating crew and helping a shoot run smoothly.

You're a personable character who is happy to represent Tiny in front of crew, clients, and suppliers, whilst knowing when to flag risks and production considerations as they arise.

You take pride in collaborating with teams to make sure a balance is struck between everyone. You’re equally comfortable on set whilst dealing with clients, crew and talent (and pets sometimes) as you are bringing together everything in pre-production back at the office.

Whilst reporting to our Senior Producer, you will work closely with all of our team across the various projects and over time, you will take ownership of your own projects and help to shape the Tiny workflow. The right candidate will be collaborative, curious, and always ready to bring Tiny values to the table.

Here’s what you’ll be doing…

FULL PRODUCTION SUPPORT + PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • You will support senior team members in the coordination and management of all production projects.
  • Organise and maintain production schedules, call sheets, budgets, and documentation, flagging any potential delays early.
  • Act as the main point of contact on a project, assisting with sourcing talent, crew, suppliers, locations, and third-party services. Liaise with crew and clients for day-to-day communications and ensure information flows smoothly.
  • Handle logistics, including booking travel, crew, accommodation, and managing petty cash.
  • Track and manage project expenses, ensuring accurate and timely submission of receipts and reimbursements.
  • Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets; elevate issues or risks to the SLT before they become blockers.
  • Coordinate release forms, permits, and insurance documentation for shoots.
  • Assist in pre-production research (locations, references, suppliers).

SHOOT MANAGEMENT

  • Run the shoot on smaller projects; support the Producer on the larger ones.

POST PRODUCTION

  • Ensure all project handovers are clear and all materials are delivered on schedule.
  • Help to dictate the post production schedules based on the capacity of the team; track the edits against the schedule; prepare review links, versions and client feedback in one place.
  • Make sure edits are sent to clients in a timely manner with clear communication based on notes passed on from editors.
  • Support our team of Editors with schedule updates and post management.
  • Maintain project folders and ensure all assets, contracts, and correspondence are properly filed.
  • Reconcile the budget, providing project profitability reports, and support with closing down a project

Here’s what we need from you…

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience within the production industry whether that be in the professional or educational world.
  • Excellent attention to detail, as well as good organisational and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge of the pre-production, production and post-production processes.
  • Some experience when it comes to running shoots and planning the logistics.
  • You should be capable of problem solving where needed and also keen to keep an eye on how we can improve our processes and services.
  • Proactive and positive approach to work and used to working collaboratively.
  • An interest in bringing sustainability into your ways of working.
  • Given our company size, at this stage we are looking for team members who join in on our vision of growth for Tiny and are actively championing what we do and why we do it!
