Are you the kind of person who spots opportunities before others spot problems? Do you love making things better whether it\’s a customer journey, a navigation menu, or a single line of HTML? If you enjoy mixing strategy with hands-on action, then you might be the perfect fit for Tiny Box Company\’s next stage of online growth

At Tiny Box Company we are the UK\’s no. 1 sustainable and ethical packaging solution.
We believe that luxury and beauty need not be compromised when making ethical packaging choices. Based on this principle, we have carefully hand picked our entire range, which includes recycled jewellery boxes, recycled bags, gift packaging, rigid boxes, acid-free tissue paper, ribbon and so much more. If you are looking for something \”outside the box\”, we have extensive experience in working with customers to help them find the perfect bespoke packaging solution for their brand.

We\’re on the lookout for a forward-thinking, sleeves-rolled-up E-Commerce Co-ordinator to help elevate our Magento Hyvä website and keep our digital experience running beautifully.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping a bird\’s-eye view of our Magento Hyvä UI/UX and finding smart ways to improve it
  • Crafting site strategies that boost sales, streamline navigation, and strengthen the customer journey
  • Working closely with our external dev agency to keep monthly sprints smooth and speedy
  • Jumping on urgent tasks with clear communication and calm efficiency
  • Managing products, categories, imagery and creative assets with precision
  • Owning onsite SEO basics, from page structure to content updates
  • Using data to steer decisions—tracking performance, analysing behaviour and optimising journeys
  • Setting up and maintaining tracking in GTM and GA4
  • Making small frontend tweaks using HTML and CSS
  • Supporting the marketing team with insights, campaigns and collaboration
  • Helping with general ecommerce admin to keep everything running like clockwork

What You\’ll Bring

  • A proactive, improvement-led mindset
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to zoom in on the details
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature
  • Confidence with data—and a passion for solving problems before they arise
  • A team-first attitude and good understanding of on-site marketing
  • Recent, hands-on ecommerce experience (within the last 6 months)
  • The ability to stay calm, organised and effective under pressure
  • Basic–intermediate HTML & CSS
  • Familiarity with GTM and GA4
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
  • Experience with Magento (big bonus)

What Success Looks Like (in 3–6 Months)

You\’ll know the ins and outs of our Magento store—front end, back end and everything in between. You\’ll understand how products and categories connect, and you\’ll confidently troubleshoot common issues.

By month six, you\’ll have delivered a thoughtful, data-backed strategy for how we evolve the site into the second half of 2026. You\’ll be speaking up, sharing ideas and helping projects move forward with energy and ownership.

Most importantly, you\’ll treat every challenge raised by the CMO, DCEO or wider team with urgency and accountability—bringing solutions, not waiting for instructions. You\’ll be someone who lifts the team, supports others and helps us make meaningful, steady progress.

What This Role Isn\’t

A people-management role.
This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to make things happen —not delegate them.

If you\’re ready to grow fast, take ownership and join a friendly, supportive and fun team, this might just be your next step.
