What you'll be doing:
- Client Services Leadership: Assume leadership in client services across key accounts, ensuring a strategic approach to all client interactions and campaigns.
- Strategy Understanding: Develop a comprehensive grasp of client marketing and business strategies, goals, and KPIs, becoming an indispensable advisor for client success.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyze the impact of video campaigns on client businesses, understanding their interplay with other marketing channels.
- Relationship Management: Lead client relationships by establishing effective communication channels, guiding advertising strategy, and influencing client growth.
- Campaign Coordination: Oversee all campaign aspects, including creative development, media planning & execution, and strategic optimization.
- Presentation Delivery: Conduct client meetings and presentations across various platforms, effectively communicating strategies and results.
- Performance Monitoring: Supervise daily client performance and campaign implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Media Liaison: Serve as the intermediary between network partners, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating seamless campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of work/internship experience at a startup, internal strategy group, tech company, consultancy, or in marketing or finance.
- Comfortable with quantitative concepts; not a highly technical role, but strong numeracy skills are necessary.
- Ability to understand and analyze data and communicate findings effectively to clients.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically in client-facing materials and presentations.
- High personal organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
We operate on a flexible hybrid model, but we love seeing our team! For this role, we ask that you come into our great office in Reforma, CDMX, two days a week. This is an essential part of how we collaborate and connect, so candidates should be comfortable with this regular in-office commitment.
