As the Director, Paid Search you will: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Search strategies aligned with overall business goals. Collaborate with executive management to define long-term objectives and tactical execution plans. Financial Management: Drive revenue growth through effective budget allocation, forecasting, and ensuring ROI on client campaigns. Set, monitor, and achieve revenue targets and profitability goals. Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and empower a team of Paid Search professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration to maximize team performance and growth. Client Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of contact for key clients. Oversee client accounts, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve escalated issues. Client Onboarding: Develop and manage the client onboarding process. Ensure smooth transitions and adherence to established procedures for new clients, setting clear expectations and milestones. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the Paid Search division. Oversee office operations, coordinate industry events, and ensure technological infrastructure is optimal for efficient operations. Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement. Develop best practices to improve campaign performance, efficiency, and innovation. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and innovations in Paid Search. Encourage and facilitate ongoing learning and professional development within the team. Professional Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience in the field of paid search marketing, showcasing expertise and in-depth knowledge in strategy, execution, and optimization. 2+ years in leading and managing teams, ideally overseeing a team of 5 or more direct reports, with a focus on mentoring, guiding, and fostering growth. Hands-on involvement in managing substantial monthly campaign budgets, effectively optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI. Extensive experience in utilizing and implementing competitive reporting tools such as AdGooRoo, The Search Monitor, Compete, Auction Insights, demonstrating a strategic understanding of industry benchmarks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, leveraging these tools to conduct comprehensive data analysis and create impactful presentations. Possession of both Google AdWords Fundamentals and Advanced Certifications, with additional certifications being a valuable asset. Experience working with Google Analytics, showcasing an understanding of data analysis and insights generation to drive campaign performance. Willingness to travel up to 30% based on client requirements, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness to client needs.
