Playworker in Sheffield

Tinsley Meadows Primary Academy is seeking to appoint x2 Lunchtime Playworkers to join our existing team to support children at lunchtime as they eat and play.

• Has experience of working with children or young people, in either a paid or voluntary capacity or by supporting children at home.
• Has a willingness to actively engage with children in play activities.
• Is committed to learning and understanding health and safety and food hygiene as required by the role.
• Is able to work with professional integrity, honesty and transparency.
• Is passionate about safeguarding children.
• Is committed to working with the school and the trust to promote positive behaviour strategies to achieve a culture that promotes fairness and respect.
