About Us
Tinnelly Group is a leading specialist contractor operating across Ireland and the UK, providing services in demolition, recycling, and site clearance. Due to continued growth and upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced HGV Driver (Class 2) to join our team.
The Role
As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for carrying out local and regional deliveries, transporting materials safely and efficiently between our yard and various sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate HGV vehicles (Class 2) in a safe and professional manner
- Carry out local and regional deliveries
- Transport plant, materials, and equipment to and from sites
- Ensure loads are secured correctly
- Complete all relevant paperwork and comply with transport regulations
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Up-to-date CPC certification
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Tipper experience essential
- Good knowledge of road safety and transport regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
