As Contracts Manager, you will take overall leadership of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of construction contracts across England, manage client relationships, design teams, and sub-contractors effectively. You will ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory legislation, monitor project finances and lead and mentor site management teams. We Are Looking For: Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within the construction industry. Strong working knowledge of construction methods, contracts and building regulations. Valid CSCS Card (Management tier), SMSTS, and relevant safety qualifications. Full driving licence. Job Type- Full-Time/Permanent. Location - Based in our Rostrevor office, with regular visits to site. Salary - Competitive (dependent on experience) + Travel/Subsistence Package.
