The Role
In your role as Senior Microsoft Systems Administrator you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by maintaining and improving Featurespace's on-prem and Cloud Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- MS System configuration and support meeting best practice, InfoSec, policy and contractual requirements
- Systems maintenance, support, monitoring, audit, and reporting
- Reactive incident-management, monitoring, and alerting
- Proactive service improvement projects

This is a hybrid position, with the expectation being 3 days per week in the Cambridge office. Ideally you will live within a commutable distance as this role requires some on-call and occasional out-of hours working. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

- Extensive experience with Enterprise Microsoft server (2012 > 2025) including its architecture, installation, hardening, troubleshooting, patching and operational maintenance
- Management Powershell, Ansible, VB, Python
