Job Description
Visa Commercial Solutions’ Product & Platforms Go-to-Market team for Europe is seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the commercialization of digital products across Europe, focusing on developing training and sales enablement collateral, mapping client prototypes to product pipeline opportunities, managing product governance processes, project managing pilots for new innovations to ensure successful product and pilot launches and market adoption. Visa Commercial Solutions’s product suite serves both small business and large, middle market corporates with Virtual Card, Data, Payment Controls APIs, virtual card, Expense management and B2B Payables embedded payment platforms. The team will also be responsible for developing new commercial solutions using Agentic AI, Stable Coins, Digital Identity capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercialization of Visa Commercial Solutions Products and Platforms: Develop and execute strategies for the successful commercialization across diverse European markets.
- Market Analysis: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Provide actionable insights to support product positioning and strategy. Implement pre-qualification process for target issuers to expedite solutioning and implementation. Work with Markets to map localised product needs. Align on regional research requirements to strengthen the value proposition narratives
- Collateral Development: Create, manage, and optimize product collateral to support marketing and sales efforts. Develop product bundles to holistically sell commercial solutions to issuers and partners, including decision matrix to navigate options. This includes but is not limited to sales presentations, implementation training and technical specifications.
- Pricing Strategy: Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share. Collaborate with finance and regional teams to implement pricing models.
- Project Management: Actively contribute to cross functional stakeholders involved in critical innovation pilot projects involving Consumer Product, VAS, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to ensure cohesive and comprehensive product go-to-market strategies are considered early for Commercial use cases. Provide project management of VCS led initiatives including adoption of agile methodology by forming scrum teams.
- Mandate Management: Ensure compliance with regional regulatory and risk requirements and Visa standards. Coordinate with risk, legal and compliance teams to align product launches with mandates.
- Product Governance – establish clear roles and responsibilities across teams and develop aligned pipeline methodology for VCS Products and Platforms.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop issuer heatmap dashboard to identify high potential opportunities and track and report on product performance metrics post-launch. Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimizations.
