The Role
We are looking for a Product Marketing & Client Engagement Manager to join the Visa Direct Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 6-10 years of experience in product marketing or related fields who wants to deepen expertise in a global, high-growth payments environment. You’ll manage client engagement activities, working with stakeholders across the organization to drive product adoption and usage. Reporting to a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in connecting product strategy to marketing execution, ensuring our solutions resonate with clients and deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client engagement strategy, partnering closely with Product teams to strengthen relationships and deliver value.
- Own and execute client communications programs - including quarterly newsletters, product drop events, and client-product feedback sessions - ensuring consistent, relevant, and impactful engagement.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on client data and insights, including segmentation, targeting, and development of priority.
