Job Description As a Marketing Analyst within the European Visa Direct Marketing team, you will support the delivery of marketing initiatives that drive business growth across the full customer lifecycle - from demand generation through to client adoption and expansion. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting the execution of marketing programs, tracking performance, and generating insights to improve effectiveness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, account management, product marketing, and regional marketing to ensure alignment between marketing activity and commercial priorities. The role offers broad exposure across campaign execution, customer growth initiatives, and performance analytics, providing strong development opportunities within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives designed to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline growth
  • Assist with the delivery of programs that support client adoption, usage, and growth across existing customers
  • Track and report on campaign and program performance, using data to identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, campaign assets, and client-facing content
  • Support audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign planning activities
  • Work closely with sales, Digital Sales, account teams, and marketing partners to support effective go-to-market execution
  • Gather and analyse market, customer, and competitor insights to inform marketing activity
  • Maintain campaign trackers, reporting decks, and operational documentation

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, business analytics, or a related area
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, campaign execution, or growth marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
