Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Manager, Industry Insights & Data to drive thought leadership across the B2B Travel vertical. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, commercial, and marketing. You will translate complex data, research, and market intelligence into clear, compelling narratives that strengthen Visa’s positioning as a market leader in B2B travel. Working with global stakeholders, you will develop data-led insights, monitor industry dynamics, and create high-impact content that supports client engagement, sales enablement, and executive storytelling. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership, where your ability to simplify complexity and drive insight-led storytelling will be critical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Insight Development & Analysis
    • Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to interpret proprietary transaction data and behavioural trends
    • Extract actionable insights across the B2B travel ecosystem to inform strategy and client conversations
    • Identify key performance signals, growth drivers, and risks across markets and segments
  • Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Tracking
    • Monitor external market developments including partners, fintechs, travel platforms, and regulatory changes across the industry
    • Identify emerging trends and translate them into strategic implications for Visa and clients
    • Maintain an ongoing view of the B2B travel ecosystem to inform internal decision-making
  • Thought Leadership & Content Creation
    • Translate complex data into compelling, client-facing content (reports, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, webinars)
    • Develop clear, differentiated narratives that position Visa as a thought leader in B2B travel
    • Support development of flagship insight pieces and industry reports
  • Commercial Enablement
    • Equip sales teams with insight-led materials for QBRs, client pitches, and strategic account planning
    • Provide data-driven inputs for commercial opportunities and deal development
    • Ensure insights are actionable and aligned to revenue and growth priorities
  • Executive & Industry Support
    • Develop talking points, presentations, and data-led narratives for senior leadership
    • Support executive participation in conferences, panels, and media engagements
    • Partner with PR and Communications teams to amplify key messages externally
  • Internal Alignment & Knowledge Sharing
    • Create dashboards, briefings, and newsletters to drive alignment across global teams
    • Ensure consistent use of data and insights across regions and functions
    • Act as a central hub for industry insights within the B2B Travel vertical
  • Tools, Innovation & Efficiency
    • Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance insight generation, monitoring, and workflow efficiency
    • Continuously improve how data is sourced, analysed, and communicated

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex datasets and market trends
  • Proven experience developing thought leadership or insight-led content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in global organisations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B travel, payments, fintech, or travel technology
  • Experience supporting sales enablement, QBRs, or client-facing materials
  • Experience contributing to PR, industry events, or executive communications
  • Familiarity with AI tools and data visualisation platforms
