Visa Europe’s SMB Solutioning team seeks a Director to own end-to-end growth of Premium and Loyalty for SMB across Europe.

You will define strategy, shape propositions for fintechs, issuers and emerging segments, and partner with Sales, Product and regional leadership to turn market opportunities into scalable solutions.

The role leads go-to-market, pricing and benefits constructs, drives deal strategy with C-level stakeholders, and ensures governance, performance tracking and ROI.
