This role supports the operation and oversight of Visa’s Ecosystem Risk Monitoring Programmes. The position plays a key role in ensuring effective programme execution and governance, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of risk and compliance frameworks across the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to‑day operation of ecosystem risk programmes, including VIRP, VAMP, VIMP, and FRECOP, ensuring activities are executed accurately, consistently, and within defined timelines.
  • Ensure entities identified through monitoring activities are notified appropriately and in a timely manner, in line with programme requirements and governance standards.
  • Contribute to the review, assessment, and processing of client responses and remediation plans, tracking progress and outcomes to support effective risk mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate programme tracking, case records, and appeals documentation in accordance with established policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Support engagement with internal stakeholders to assess, manage, and mitigate risks arising from identified issues, breaches, or violations.
  • Take ownership of client queries relating to ecosystem risk programmes, ensuring timely, clear, and effective resolution to support positive client outcomes.
  • Participate in regular and ad‑hoc meetings with Visa clients and regulators, contributing to constructive dialogue and effective issue resolution.
  • Produce regular management reporting and insights to support oversight, informed decision‑making, and governance forums.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and analysis of new risk or compliance programmes introduced within the team’s remit.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally in an analytical, risk, or compliance‑focused role.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Educated to A‑level (or equivalent) or above, or hold equivalent professional experience.
