Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Delivery: Develop and execute regional benefits strategies aligned with global priorities.
  • Stakeholder

Management: Act as the primary liaison between Reward, People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors.

Influence senior leadership and ensure alignment across functions.

  • Operations & Compliance: Own all operational processes for benefits delivery, including payroll deductions, enrolments, vendor integrations, and invoice processing.

Maintain audit‑ready documentation and compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity standards.

  • Employee Experience: Simplify complex benefits information, leverage digital tools, and champion wellbeing and diversity‑focused initiatives.
  • Data & Insights: Analyze program utilization, ROI, and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑country benefits programmes with compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and collaborating across multiple functions.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences; ability to simplify complex information.
  • Highly analytical and numerate, proficient in Excel and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, and Payments processes; experience with Ariba and Oracle desirable.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, benefits administration systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to leverage digital tools (including AI) and champion innovation in employee experience.
  • Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Proactive with strong initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
