The Senior Executive IT Support Technician provides high‑touch, white‑glove technical support to Visa’s senior leadership and their organizations. This role is part of the Executive IT team and is responsible for delivering seamless, secure, and reliable end‑user technology experiences across in‑office, remote, and travel scenarios. This role also plays a critical function in Executive Event Operations, ensuring high‑quality execution of executive meetings, board sessions, and global events in partnership with Event Operations, Live Event Support, and AV Operations teams. The successful candidate brings strong technical expertise, executive presence, and the ability to operate under pressure while delivering immediate, precise, and confidential IT service in high‑visibility environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑touch IT support to executives, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
- Support devices, applications, collaboration platforms, and security tools.
- Manage executive environments across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Maintain executive conference rooms, Teams Rooms, and collaboration spaces.
- Provide on‑site, remote, and travel support for board meetings, leadership sessions, and executive engagements.
- Partner with Event Operations, AV Operations, and Live Event teams for executive events.
- Support board meetings, town halls, investor engagements, and global events.
- Prepare technical setups including conferencing, devices, and AV readiness.
- Provide live support during events and ensure seamless execution.
- Rapidly troubleshoot and stabilize issues during live sessions.
- Support AV systems including conferencing platforms, microphones, cameras, and displays.
- Perform pre‑event testing, rehearsals, and room validation.
- Troubleshoot AV and hybrid meeting issues in real time.
- Support live streaming, hybrid events, and broadcast‑style setups.
- Perform advanced diagnostics across hardware, OS, networking, VPN, and endpoint security tools.
- Troubleshoot O365, Teams, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.
- Proactively maintain device and system health to reduce incidents.
- Drive improvements in executive support KPIs (reliability, responsiveness, satisfaction).
- Maintain documentation, executive playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Contribute to knowledge management and service maturity initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering, Endpoint, Security, and Enterprise teams to improve tools and standards.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR 2+ years with an advanced degree, OR 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- 5–10+ years of enterprise or executive IT support experience.
- Experience supporting VP+ or executive leadership.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Apple ACSP, AVIXA CTS, or CCNA.
- Experience supporting high‑profile events and executive environments.
- Ability to anticipate needs and operate effectively in complex environments.
