With the Security Team you will:
- Conduct threat and risk analysis and participate in the development of mitigation strategies
- Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies, procedures, and best practices
- Enhance the security posture of the entity hosted in public cloud or on-prem environment
- Translate security and technical requirements into business requirements and communicate security risks to different audiences ranging from business leaders to engineers
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of technology and operations
- Develop the infrastructure and platform to automate vulnerability management and security reporting
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 or more years experience with cloud security services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash)
- Experience with deploying secure infrastructure into cloud environments
- Strong understanding of network, application, and system security
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of work experience in Cloud security
- AWS Security Specialty certification
- Technical experience with programming, technology, infrastructure, and security
- Experience in deploying resources using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience in securing Kubernetes services
- Extensive knowledge in OWASP Web Top 10 and CWE Top 25
- Strong written and oral communication skills to document reports on assessments and communicate potential weaknesses and risks to different audiences ranging from business leaders to engineers
