We are working with a nursery in Molesey who are looking for a head of nursery to manage their nursery setting. This is a full-time role working 42 hours a week and salary up to £50,000 per annum.
For this role you need to hold a level 3 or above childcare qualification and experience in a senior/management role in a nursery setting.
As head of nursery you will be responsible for:
- the day-to-day running of the nursery
- management of the staff team
- building relationships with the children's families
- maintaining the EYFS curriculum across the nursery
- ensuring all the nursery's policies and procedures are followed
- supporting and training the staff team as necessary
- keeping risk assessments and procedures reviewed and updated
- ensuring all admin for the nursery is kept up to date
