Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to each child's needs to encourage development towards key milestones.
- Observe, track, and reflect on children's learning progress.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.
- Ensure child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding policies are always followed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, safe, and happy environment daily.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- 1-2 years' experience as a nursery nurse or room leader
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
- Effective communication skills with children and adults
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
