Your Role
As Deputy Club Manager, you'll support the day-to-day running of the club and help lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding childcare.
You'll be:
Supporting and motivating the team
Helping to manage the club in the Manager's absence
Planning and delivering engaging activities including sports, outdoor play, arts & crafts, baking, science experiments and homework support
Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times
Supporting an exciting Eco Vision and sustainable initiatives
About You
✔ Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification
✔ Maths and English qualifications
✔ Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
✔ A passion for helping children learn, grow and have fun
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔ DBS checked or willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
Working Hours
Term Time Only 18.75 hours per week ⏰ 2:45pm - 6:30pm
School Holidays Additional full-time hours available ⏰ 8 to 8.5-hour shifts between 8:15am and 5:45pm
