A lovely nursery in Spencers Wood are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Baby Room Leader to join their team!
Days: Monday-Friday
Hours: 42.5 hours a week (Shifts vary between 7.30am - 6.00pm)
In this role you will:
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, their families and your team.
- Plan an innovative early learning programme in line with our curriculum aims.
- Document and share the learning and development of your key children with their families.
- Continuously learn and grow through meaningful training & development opportunities.
You will need to have the following qualifications, training, and experience:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare
- Excellent knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- First aid certificate would be a bonus
- Previous leadership experience
- Confident and capable of working in a growing fun and energetic business
