Fantastic Early Years term-time only position, working shifts between 8.30am - 5:30pm during weekdays. Join a small, friendly preschool based in Swarland village, located just off the A1 between Morpeth and Alnwick, with children aged 2-5 years.
The ideal candidate will bring warmth and kindness to the setting, communicate well with children, parents, and colleagues, and share a positive, professional approach to caring for children. Enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to share ideas and follow children's interests to provide an enriching learning environment are essential. The goal is to help children reach their milestones and learn through play.
The setting is looking for a qualified practitioner with a full and relevant childcare qualification. Pay is negotiable based on experience and qualification level. They welcome applications from those qualified at Level 2 and working towards Level 3, as well as those holding a Level 3 childcare qualification or higher (such as EYP, EYT, or QTS primary).
